Visitation will be from 1-1:45 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service Sat., Nov. 27, at the Wintz Funeral Home, Coleridge, with Rev. Robert Neu officiating. Burial will be in the Colerdige City Cemetery Betty was born Jan. 15, 1946, to Albert E. and Alice Lucille (Large) Jepson in Sioux City, Iowa. She grew up in the Sioux City area and graduated from South Sioux City High school. She married David E. Meier, Sept. 6, 1964 in Sioux City, Iowa. She moved to the Washington D.C. area in 1965. Survivors include her husband, David E. Meier, Springfield, Va.; two children, Nadyne R. Tharnish, Omaha; and Aaron E. Meier, Springfield, Va.; and one grandson, Richard W. Meier, Omaha.
