Mrs. Meng was an aunt of Mrs. Stena Nygaard and Mrs. Harry Ferber of Wynot and a sister of Mrs. Anna Christensen of Maskell. She is survived by 10 children, three sons and seven daughters, Peter Meng of Wynot, Jesse Meng of St. Helena, Henry Meng of Utica, Mrs. John McCullough of Nampa, Idaho, Mrs. H.E. Goodness, Mobridge, S.D., Mrs. Paul Kunde, Yankton, Mrs. George Wagner, Plenty wood, Mont., Mrs. Charles Bootz of Mobridge, Mrs. Jim Smith, Yankton and Mrs. R.R. Smith of Irene. The funeral was Monday afternoon at the home at Utica with burial at the St. Helena Cemetery by the side of her husband. Besides the Peter Meng family, other relatives from Wynot attending the funeral were Mrs. Stena Nygaard, and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Ferber, also the sister, Mrs. Christensen, and other relatives from Maskell.
