Pinkelman ST. JAMES - Rose H. Pinkelman, 98, died Aug. 28, 1999, at Beverly Healthcare Hartington. Visitation was Aug. 30 at the Wintz Funeral Home, Hartington. A vigil service was held later that evening at Sts. Philip and James Catholic Church, St. James. Mass of Christian Burial was Aug. 31 at Sts. Philip and James Catholic Church, St. James, with Rev. Jay Kruse officiating. Burial was in Sts. Philip and James Cemetery, St. James. Pallbearers were Cyril Pinkelman, Mark Pinkelman, Duane Wuebben, Dennis Wuebben, Mike Dvorak, Andy Pinkelman and Matt Pinkelman. Honorary pallbearers were Rose's grandchildren. Rose was born May 22, 1901, to Joseph and Anna (Reifenrath) Imoehl in St. James. She married Fritz S. Pinkelman March 1, 1927, in St. James. He died March 12, 1995. Rose has been a resident of St. James and Wynot areas all of her life. She has been a resident of the Beverly Healthcare Hartington since 1991. She was a member of Sts. Philip and James Catholic Church and its Altar Society. She thoroughly enjoyed her grandchildren. Survivors include Edward F. and Jeanette Pinkelman, Wynot; Frederick and Carol Pinkelman, Hartington; Jerome and Charlotte Pinkelman, Wynot; Stanley and Violet Pinkelman, Wynot; two daughters and spouses, Rosemary and Gene Wuebben, St. Helena; Celestine and Jim Dvorak, Scotland, S.D.; a daughter-in-law, Lorraine Pinkelman, Hartington; 41 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a son Edmund, a sister, Mary Pinkelman: an infant brother, George; a granddaughter, Diane Dvorak, and an infant great-grandchild.
