Fr. Loceker presiding at mass. Mrs. Wohlman was born in Austria in 1824 and came to this country with her husband in 1861. During the year 1871 they came to Cedar county and took up a homestead on the East Bow, which has since been her home, her husband having been called from her side by death about three years ago. She was the mother of ten children, four of whom survive her, Anton Wohlman, Mrs. Joe Morten, Mrs. Nelson Peck and an unmarried daughter. She was respected by all who knew her and a large number of friends and neighbors followed the remains to their final resting place in the Hartington Catholic cemetery. 3 JANUARY 1901 HARTINGTON HERALD (CEDAR COUNTY NEWS)
