Erik M. Jansen

LENEXA, Kan. - Erik Michael Jansen, 5 day old son of Ron and Elaine 
Jansen, Lenexa, Kan., died March 17, 1999, at Childrens Mercy Hospital,
Kansas City, Mo.  Services were held March 20 at Good Shepherd Catholic 
Church, Shawnee, Kan. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery.

Eric is survived by his parents and twin sister Samantha Marie; 
paternal grandparents, Joseph and Margaret Jansen, Osceola, Iowa; 
maternal grandparents, Laddie and Janene Cabalka, Yankton, S.D.; and 
great-grandfather William Hlavac, David City.

The family suggests memorials to Children's Mercy Hospital, 2401 Gillham 
Rd., K.C., MO 64108, Attn: Resource Development, Erik Jansen Fund.
