Visitation was Dec. 21 at the Wintz Funeral Home, Hartington. Mass of Christian Burial was Dec. 22 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Hartington, with Rev. John Andrews officiating. Burial was in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Fordyce. Pallbearers were Ron Brodersen, Dennis Brodersen, Robert Loeb Jr., and Jim Casey. Beatrice was born Aug. 14, 1917, to John E. and Susanna C. (Wiebelhaus) Noecker in Crofton. She married Howard Loeb Aug. 1, 1959, in Fordyce. She grew up in Fordyce and lived there until her marriage to Howard. She worked at the Post Office and the bank in Fordyce for many years. After their marriage, they farmed near Carroll until moveing to Hartington in December 1960. They operated the Hotel Coffee shop from 1961-1966, and then she worked at Dale Electronics until 1977. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Survivors include: her husband, Howard, Hartington; a daughter, Lonne Curtice, Omaha; a step-daughter and husband, Janice and Leo Casey, Laurel; a step-son and wife, Robert and Laurie Loeb, Sioux City, Iowa; two grandsons, Pat and Mike Curtice; two step-grandsons, Robert Loeb Jr. and Jim Casey, and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Eunice Nelson; two infant brothers; two half brothers; and two step-grandchildren, Don and Debra Casey.
