Sudbeck, 74, who died Wednesday of last week, were held at 9:30 Saturday morning from Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic church in Bow Valley with Rev. A.S. Kluthe officiating. Rev. E.R. Halemba of St. Helena was in the sanctuary. Burial was made in the parish cemetery under the direction of Wintz MOrtuary. Pallbearers were: Jerome and Gerald Arens, Cyril and Arsenius Wieseler, and Donald and Alvin Sudbeck. Honorary pallbearers were: Mrs. Peter Hochstein, Mrs. John Stappert, Mrs. John Wortmann, Mrs. JOhn H. Kathol, Mrs. Hugo Stappert and Mrs. John Cash. Elizabeth, daughter of Clemens and Gertrude Suing, was born December 10, 1875 at Bow Valley. Her entire life was spent in her home community. She was married to Henry J. Sudbeck of Bow Valley April 25, 1890. Mr. Sudbeck died February 11 of this year. She was a member of the Christian MOthers of Ss. Peter and Paul Church. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. T.J. (Margaret) ARens, Miss Helen of Hartington, and Mrs. Otto (Regina) Wieseler of St. Helena; two sons, Arthur and Rudolph Sudbeck of Hartington; two sisters, Mrs. Theo. Kleinschmidt of Menominee and Caroline Suing of Hartington; one brother, Clemens Suing of Lebanon, Ore.; and 27 grandchildren. Out of town people attending the funeral were: G.G. Quardman of Marty, S.D., Fred Bohlke and Mrs. John Wasko of Romsen, Ia., Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Hanno of LeMars, Ia., Mrs. Fred Armbruster and Mrs. Walter Horn of Stanton.
