Mary Lou Allen, age 71, of Lexington, formerly of Cozad, died June 4, 2008 at 
the Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 9, at Parkview United 
Methodist Church in Cozad with Pastors Jaime Farias and Eric Biehl officiating.

Visitation for memorial book signatures will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the 
Berryman Funeral Home in Cozad.
     
Survivors include her husband, Rick of Lexington; a son, Roger (Tracie) 
Ballmer of LaVista; two daughters, Sandy (Don) Wenburg of Dundee, Mich., and 
Marsha (John) Neill of Omaha; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a 
brother, Kelly Petersen of Farmington, N.M., and a sister, Casey (Buss) Biehl 
of Kearney.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She was born Jan. 25, 1937 at Minden to Norris and Ruth (Rasmussen) Petersen 
and attended Cozad High School.
