Euvah Joy (Wickersham) Anthony, age 77 years of Ames, formerly of Fremont, 
died Wed., Feb. 16, 2011 at Scribner Good Samaritan Center in Scribner.  

Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m.., Saturday, Feb. 19, 2011 at Moser Memorial 
Chapel, Fremont.  The Rev. Dr. Nicki McIntyre will officiate.  Visitation was 
Friday and will be Saturday 9-10:30 a.m. with the family receiving friends on 
Friday, all at the funeral home.  

Burial will be at Union Cemetery, Cedar Bluffs. 
 
She was born June 18, 1933 at Cozad to John and Ethel (Houchin) Wickersham.  
She grew up at Cozad.  
  
Euvah Joy married Arnold H.H. Anthony on Nov. 24, 1953 at Cozad.  Arnold died 
Feb. 18, 2002.

She was a member of First Christian Church in Fremont and a member of V.F.W. 
Auxiliary of Post No. 854 of Fremont. 
 
Survivors include daughter, Kathy (Lonnie) Bertelsen of Ames; two sons, Ron 
Anthony of Wanatah, Ind., and John (Debbie) Anthony of Fremont; sister, Helen 
Yeutter of Lexington; 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.  
 
She is preceded in death by her husband, Arnold; parents; sisters, Darlene 
Yeutter and Lucille Gengenbaugh; brothers, Edmund and Clifford Wickersham; 
granddaughter, Shelby Anthony and two great grandchildren, Keegan Anthony and 
Madison Elizabeth Anthony.
