Mass of the Christian Burial will be held Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Christ The King Catholic Church in Cozad with the Rev. Don O’Brien as celebrant.  Burial will be in the Cozad Cemetery at Cozad. Visitation was Tuesday and also from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m Wednesday at the Berryman Funeral Home in Cozad.  A Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. on Wednesday at the Christ The King Catholic Church in Cozad. Survivors include his parents, Brian and Heidi Bazata of Cozad; two brothers, Jacob and Joshua Stallbaumer of Cozad; one sister, Elizabeth Stallbaumer of Cozad; grandparents, Pat and Cheryle Castle of Auburn and Glen and Mary Bazata of Ogallala; great-grandparents, Ervin and Elaine Bazata of Surprise, Ariz., and Charles and Shirley Jorn of Verdon; two uncles, Matt Castle and Brenton Bazata; two aunts, Heather Schossow and Alison Gutierrez and many other relatives, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Perry and Leora Castle and Ralph and Maxine Downin. He was born July 5, 2006 at Cozad to Brian and Heidi (Castle) Bazata at Cozad.  Ethan loved going to sporting events with his older brothers and sister. He also enjoyed music and playing with his cars and trucks. He was loved by his family and all who knew him.
