Ronald D. Dixon, age 76, of Grand Island, formerly of Cozad, died Jan. 16, 
2008 at the Grand Island Veterans’ Home.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, at the Berryman Fun-eral 
Home in Cozad with the Rev. Don O’Brien officiating.

Burial with military honors will be in the Cozad Cemetery.

Visitation was Friday at the Berryman Funeral Home.

Survivors include his son, Jeffery (Lisa) Dixon of Hastings; two sisters, 
Viola (Jack) Cannon and Audrey (Bill) Lauer, both of Wichita, Kan. 

He was preceded in death by a sister, Peggy Tvrdy; two brothers, Bob and Cecil.

He was born June 19, 1931 at Almena, Kan., to William and Millie (Shields) 
Dixon.
