Eaton, 77 of Lexington, died Sunday, April 12, 2009 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney. Glenn’s wishes were to be cremated and his ashes scattered at a later date.   Memorial services will be held Thursday, April 16, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Reynolds-Love Funeral Home in Lexington with Rev. Connie Karr, officiating. Survivors include one son, Randy Eaton of Sioux Falls, S.D.; two grandchildren, Jaramie “Jug” and his companion, Angela Nordiquist of Sioux Falls, S.D.; Rochelle and David Duffy of Sioux Falls, S.D.; three great- grandchildren, Kaden, Dylan and Brooklyn Duffy of Sioux Falls, S.D.; special friend Martha Peterson of Lexington and her family; Cindy Osborne and companion Scott Philippi of Lexington; Vicky and Roger Gracey of Cozad; Lori and Jerry Hagan of Elwood; Randy Peterson of Ulysses and nieces, nephews and many friends.   Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, wife, an infant daughter, two brothers Clyde and Will and six sisters, Clara, Lecila, Laray, Larnea, Hazel and Ruth.  Glenn was born July 27, 1931, in Overton to Clyde Leo and Roxie Clara Grace (Fread) Eaton. He attended school in the Lexington school system. On Dec. 22, 1949, he enlisted in the United States Air Force serving his country until being honorably discharged on Nov. 24, 1953.   He was united in marriage to Janice A. Renker on July 26, 1955 in Elwood. Janice preceded him in death on July 13, 1998.   Glenn went to Washington to work for Boeing and later returned to the Lexington area where he worked as a mechanic for Bud Wind and also did some construction work as well as driving truck. Glenn retired From Central Soya in Cozad where he was employed as a truck driver.   His love was his 1974 Corvette which he had adorned with all the chrome accessories. He loved listening to blues music and enjoying a drink with his friends.
