Ruth Ann Janus, age 77 of Cozad, died April 25, 2008 at the Cozad Community 
Hospital.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 30, at the United 
Methodist Church in Eustis with the Rev. Tess Hufford officiating.  Burial 
will be in the East Cemetery at Eustis.

Visitation was Tuesday at the Berryman Funeral Home in Cozad.

Survivors include a sister, Gertrude Gilbert of Bowling Green, Ohio; a sister-
in-law, Dorothy Janus of Lexington; a brother-in-law, James West of 
Gothenburg; seven nieces and nephews and a longtime friend and guardian, Peggy 
Houchin of Gothenburg.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Kenneth Janus; a sister, 
Doris West; a brother-in-law, John Gilbert and a niece and nephew.

Ruth was born Jan. 19, 1931 at Eustis to Eugene and Sophia (Hueftle) Janus.
