Heather Klein, age 29, of Cozad, died Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2010 at the 
Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha.

Services will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at the First 
United Methodist Church in Cozad with Pastor Doug Smith officiating.  Burial 
will be in the Arnold Cemetery at Arnold at 12:30 p.m.
     
Visitation will be held on Monday from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Berryman 
Funeral Home in Cozad.
    
She was born March 24, 1981 at Lexington to Robert and Debra (Dougherty) 
Klein.  Heather graduated from Cozad High School in 2000. Heather loved 
children and spent a year volunteering her time with the Cozad Head Start 
Program. 

She is lovingly survived by her parents, Debra Klein (Lemoyne Strasburg) of 
Cozad and Robert (Iona) Klein of Gregory, S.D.; sister, Christa (Andy) Fielder 
of Little Souix, Iowa; step-sister, Tara (Greg) Renner of North Platte; half-
brother, Matthew Klein of Gregory, S.D.; grandfather, Howard Strasburg of 
Cozad; grandmother, Linda Wicker of Colome, S.D.; grandparents, Ivan (Lucy) 
Smith of Winner, S.D.; five nephews, John and Dalton Klein, A.J. Fielder, 
Nathan and E.J. Renner; one niece, McKenna Renner, and many other relatives 
and friends.  

Heather was preceded in death by her grandfather, Dwain Wicker; grandmother, 
Marjorie Strasburg and an uncle, Mitchell Strasburg.
