Rodney A. Marshall, age 49, of Lexington, died Sunday, March 23, 2008 at his 
residence in Lexington.

Services will be Monday, March 31 at 10:30 a.m. at First United Methodist 
Church in Kearney with the Rev. Todd Karges officiating. Burial will be at 
Kearney Cemetery.

Visitation will be Sunday, March 30 from 6-8 p.m. at Horner-Lieske-Horner 
Mortuary in Kearney.

Survivors include four sisters, Cheryl (Donnie) Pool, Lisa Wood of Lexington, 
Kristi (Gerald) Stevens of Amherst, Tamara (Dennis) Heying of Broken Bow; two 
uncles, Robin Marshall of Kearney, Eugene Marshall of Elm Creek; four aunts, 
Lois Rahmann of Kearney, Deanna Francis of Nevada, Irma Marshall and Norma 
Marshall of Elm Creek; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, Warren and Hariet 
Marshall and Tess (Loyal) Hulit; three uncles, Lawrence Marshall, 
Richard “Dick” Marshall and Thomas Marshall; cousins, Scott Marshall and Nancy 
Getty; and two nieces, Nicole Smiley and Candi Barta.

Rodney was born on June 17, 1958 in Kearney to Rudyard Allen and Arbetta Faye 
(Hulit) Marshall.
