Ramona “Granny” Munoz, 87, of Lexington, died Monday, Jan. 26, 2009, at Tri-
County Hospital in Lexington. 

Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, Jan. 31, 2009, at 10:30 a.m. at St. 
Ann’s Catholic Church in Lexington with the Rev. Hugh Spanel officiating.   
Burial will be in the St. Ann’s Cemetery at Lexington. 
  
Visitation was Friday, Jan. 30, 2009, at Reynolds-Love Funeral Home in 
Lexington.

Survivors include one daughter, Linda Jones of Lexington; four grandchildren, 
Tomorro Munoz of Arvada, Colo., Tina Jones of Lexington, Torrey Jones of North 
Platte, Tonnie (Dustin) Clouse of Elwood and five great-grandchildren.  
 
Ramona was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Salvador and son, 
Genaro.  

She was born Sept. 6, 1921, at Oklahoma City, Okla., to Martin and Lena 
(Villarruel) Alvarado.  
 
Ramona was united in marriage to Salvador Munoz on Nov. 17, 1949, at Oklahoma 
City.   
 
She moved to Lexington in 1960.  She enjoyed cooking, doing ceramics, yard 
work and crocheting.
