A rosary service will be at 4 p.m. Wednesday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church.  He is survived by wife Jean of Albany; daughter Linda Cox of Albany; son Larry Sandquist of Brookings, Ore.; brothers Wayne (Betty) of Albany, and Carrol (Sally) of Yuma, Ariz.; sisters Elvira (Ken) Hall of Oregon City, Ore., and Orvetta Milgrove of Vancouver, Wash.; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by daughter Nancy on Jan. 14, 1998.   He was born in Bertrand to Justus and Eva Sandquist.  Carl married Jean Prasch on Feb. 21, 1949 in Lexington.
