Mary Ann Placzek Zelasney, 64, of LaVista died Tuesday, May 29, 2001, at 
Midlands Community Hospital in Papillion. Mary Ann was born Oct. 1, 1936, in 
Tarnov, NE to Florian and Balbina Zoucha Placzek. Survivors include her 
husband, Clarence, Sr.; three daughters, Davianne(Pete) Hluchoweckj of Omaha, 
Cheryl(Michael) Fantaski of FL and Linda(Jody)Ellis of Papillion. Three sons, 
Clarence Jr.(Michelle)Zelasney of Silver Creek, Michael(Kim)Zelasney and Kevin 
(Vicki) Zelasney of Papillion. Three sisters, Terry (John) Dush, Minnie White, 
and Vi(Ralph)Kanitz all of Columbus;three brothers, Ambrose (JoAnn)Placzek, 
Florian(Cathy)Placzek, James(Vi)Placzek all of Omaha; 19 grandchildren, and 
three great-grandsons. She was preceded in death by an infant, daughter, Mary; 
her parents;and three brothers, Joseph, Leo, Ted Placzek.
