The Nebraska State Journal Fri Nov 27, 1874

Rev. Moses F. Shinn, one of the old settlers of
Omaha, and for some time a widower, has created
a sensation by taking a young wife. The Probate
records show the respective ages of bride and
groom to be 25 and 66.
