Evelyn Louise Fox, age 86, of Elwood, died April 24, 2011, at Tri County 
Hospital, in Lexington. 

Funeral services will be Monday, May 2, 2011 at the First Presbyterian Church, 
Lexington, at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Caroline Vickery, officiating. Inurnment 
will be at the Elwood Cemetery in Elwood on Monday, May 2, 2011.  

There will be no viewing or visitation.

She was born on July 11, 1924 near Plato, Iowa to Charles & Minnie (Parsons) 
Taylor.

She married Wesley Fox, Dec. 21, 1947.  That marriage lasted the next 63 
years.  God began to blessed the marriage with four boys. 

Evelyn is survived by three sons, Ryan (Sally) Fox of Montrose, Colo., Kenneth 
Fox of Johnson Lake, Wallace Fox of Johnson Lake; brother, Max Taylor of 
Mechanicville, Iowa; sister, Doris Weist of Rochester, Minn.; daughter-in-law, 
Diane Fox of Johnson Lake; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wesley Fox and son, Lynn Fox.
