J. King, a justice of the peace of the city of O'Neill, Holt county, Nebraska, issued an order of attachment for the sum of $24, and $50 probable costs, in an action pending before him wherein Holt County Bank is plaintiff and Charles Perry is defendant; that property of the defendant consisting of one cook stove, one sewing machine, one tub, two tin buckets, on pair rubber boots, four chairs, one bedstead and bedding, one carpet, one box of dishes and tinware, one pair of fly nets, one sack of flour, one table and one box of clothing has been attached under said order. Mr. Perry was recently transferred from Grand Forks to Minot, and now has a run between Minot and Havre on the Great Northern. The family will return to Grand Forks next fall.
