No marker found. He was a veteran of the Civil or Spanish War. It is likely that there are additional unmarked graves in this cemetery. There are a number of footstones with initials carved in them piled in the southeast corner of this cemetery. Apparently these were removed from the burial sites some years ago as most were covered with soil and grass when found. These markers have the following initials: LV, SRC, TCG, MS, HEC, MS, EMV, EJG, SG, AV, JJP, MFG, RG, MS, and FV.
