   In the case of Wm. Diener against Mrs. James Wilson,
in which certain provisions of the will of the late Jas.
Wilson was attacked, Judge Grimes gave a decision in favor
of Mrs. Wilson. We understand that Mr. Diener, through his
attorney, will appeal and carry the case to the supreme
court. The Odd Fellows lodge is interested in this case,
as until the case is decided there is a cloud on the title
of the property occupied by Weisner's meat market, which
the lodge recently purchased of Mrs. Wilson.
