In the County Court. In the matter of the estate of James D. Wilson, deceased. On reading and filing the petition of Mary Jane Wilson, praying that the instrument filed on the 3d day of November, 1900, and purporting to be the last Will and Testament of the said deceased, may be proved, approved, probated, allowed and recorded as the last Will and Testament of the said James D. Wilson, deceased, and that the execution of said Instrument may be committed and the adminstration of said estate may be granted to Mary Jane Wilson as executrix. Ordered, That December 5, 1900, at 9 o'clock, a.m., is assigned for hearing said petition, when all persons interested in said matter may appear at a county court to be held in and for said county, and show cause why the prayer of petitioner should not be granted. Wilson married "Mrs." Mary Jane Williams Dec 13, 1862 Philadelphia, PA Mary Jane Wilson's headstone exists at North Platte Cemetery, Lincoln County, Nebraska next to her husbands (James D. Wilson) with no death date. However, according to A. R. Adamson, author of "The Cemetery on Decoration Day". written in The North Platte Semi-Weekly Tribune on Jun 4, 1909 (posted on the USGenWeb Archives) she is not buried here. "From an inscription, giving the date of Mrs. Wilson's birth, "and a blank space for that of her death, it seems they intended to lie side by side, but fate ordained otherwise, for she died at Chicago, and fills a nameless grave in some cemetery". Inscription reads "Mary Jane Wilson born in County Down Ireland June 8, 1826" submitter is not related and will have no further information.
