Daily Telegraph (North Platte, NE) Mon. Oct 9th, 1899 October 9, 1899

Mr. W. B. Millard and Mr. Paxton of Omaha together with Mr. Van
Tassel of Cheyenne the executors of the Kieth estate are in town
going through the necessary preliminaries. The will in question
leaves the bulk of the estate to Keith Neville, his grandson.
There is a provision that gives to W. B. Millard as a compensation
for his services in the past, a half interest in the Pawnee Ranch.
Wm. Neville was appointed legal adviser. Biddy Kaine, who has been
a domestic in Mr. Keith's home for fifty years, is provided with a
home for life as is also Walter Keith, his brother.
