Surrounded by her three children, Mrs. Neville who when asked about her interest in club work said, "These have been my club work so far" presents a delightful picture. Of charming personality, the former Miss Virginia Neill of Charleston W. Va., has the least bit of a southern accent which is pleasing to hear. After going to North Platte nine years ago as a bride, Mrs. Neville quickly too place beside her husband in the hearts and esteem of the people of the city who have been interested in the family since M. C. Keith, maternal grandfather of the governor, went to Lincoln county in 1867, and Judge William Neville, father of Keith Neville, who died in 1909, moved to the county in 1876. The little girls who are six, five and three years of age, are not the least interesting members of the Neville family. Twho have straight "bobbed" hair while the second has beautiful curls. Coming into the house from outdoors where they had enjoyed a romp the other morning Mary Nelson, the eldest, announced for the three that they had seen "red street cars and black street cars and all kinds" going down the street. Pink, cold cheeks and chilly fingertips were unnoticed except by their mother who said smilingly, "My children are country girls." Because of the shortness of the time she has been in Lincoln and because she has been concerned with family duties, Mrs. Neville has as yet not given much thought to later activities. Lincoln people are awaiting a closer acquaintanceship with the new governor's wife in pleasant anticipation.
