ATTENDED SCHOOL HERE Born at Bunker Hill, in Macoupin, Ill., Nov 30, 1870, Hoagland came to Nebraska as a child with his parents. After attending North Platte schools, Hoagland was graduated from te law department of the University of Nebraska in 1896, and entered his father's law firm here.
