Kennedy, aged twenty-two and Miss Annie Dixon, aged eighteen, both of Walton, Neb.; Samuel Persels, aged forty-seven, Kansas City, Mo., and Angie G. Newell, aged twenty-five, Steel City, Neb.; Joseph Kubanek, aged twenty-three, and Annie Heman, aged twenty-two, both of Lincoln. The last named couple were married by the judge. The tying was done in a graceful manner. Lincoln Journal Star Wed Sep 18, 1889 Wedding and Reception Yesterday afternoon Mr. Joseph Kubanek, the well known travelling man of Pace, Williams & North,and Miss Annie Helman were united in marriage by Judge Stewart. The happy couple held a reception and supper in Germanin hall, which was attended by one hudred and fifty or more of their friends. A most enjoyable time was had and in the "wee sma" hours the bride and groom were driven to the home of the husband's parents at Cottage park where they will reside. The best wishes of a host of friends attended them, and the News extends its sincere congratulations.
