C. KEITH WILL Last Will and Testimony Admitted to Probate Monday Willard B. Millard of Omaha Appointed Executor and Trustee of Estate. In the will of the late M. C. Keith which was opened Saturday and admitted to probate yesterday the following is directed: That the executor and trustee shall provide for the maintenance and care of Bridget Kain, so long as she may live and for her burial after death in a suitable manner. That from time to time certain amounts shall be paid to his brother A. W. Keith. The property situated north and east of the Platte river and in, upon or adjacent to township 13 and 14 of ranges 28 and 29, west of Sixth pricipal meridian in Lincoln county, known as Pawneee Springs Ranch shall be kept seperate from all other property owned by Mr. Keith at the time of his death. All other property, real and personal and mixed, together with all rents, profits, issuses and incomes therefrom, outside of said Pawnee Spring Ranch, are to be used to pay such sums as shall seem best for the education of Morrel Keith Neville, son of Mary Ann Keith and William Neville until said grandson shall reach the age of 25. At the time the grandson reaches the age of 25, he shall receive an undivided one-half interest in all lands and property of the Pawnee Springs Ranch. In case his grandson should die unmarried and without issue, before attaining the age of 25, it is directed that all property and rights of whatever nature wich he had shall descend to Williard B. Millard and his heirs, subject, however, to the payment of A. W. Keith $1,000 per year for a term of 15 years. As a compensation to W. B. Millard for his services shall be an undivided half interest in the Pawnee Springs Ranch.
