      SERIOUSLY HURT
 GRANT, NEB., May 16-- [Special]-- Mrs. George D. Prest, while
driving today was violently thrown from the carriage by the
horse running away. She was severely hurt internally and is
lying in a critical condition.

The Columbus Journal (Columbus, NE) Wed May 28, 1890
Mrs. George D. Prest was severely injured by being
thrown from a carriage at Grant, and her recovery
is doubtful.
