Daughter of Florian J. & Balbina Josefa (Zoucha) Placzek.
She received her education in Tarnov. She was married to John Dush on October 
24, 1944 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Columbus. They lived in Columbus 
until 1951 when they moved to the farm south of Silver Creek. They farmed 
until 1984 when they retired and moved back to Columbus. Terry also worked for 
several years as a waitress at King's Korner in Columbus. She was a member of 
St. Anthony Church, St. Theresa Sodality and past member of St. Lawrence Alter 
Society. 

Terry is survived by:

Husband John Dush of Columbus, NE 
Daughter Sally Carman of Central City, NE 
Daughter Judy (Robert) Morrow of Norfolk, NE 
Daughter Bonnie (Hubert) Maring of York, NE 
Sister Minnie White of Columbus, NE 
Sister Vi (Ralph) Kanitz of California, 
Brother Ambrose (JoAnn) Placzek of Columbus, NE 
Brother Florian "Jr." (Cathy) Placzek of Omaha, NE 
Brother Jimmy (Vi) Placzek of Omaha, NE 
9 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren

She was preceded in death by:

Parents Florian and Balbina Placzek 
Son John F. Dush III 
Son Bill Dush 
Sister Mary Ann Zelasney 
Brother Joe Placzek 
Brother Leo Placzek 
Brother T.J. Placzek 
1 infant brother and 1 infant sister
