Daughter of Herman & Clara (Maly) Ortmeier.
She grew up in the West Point area. She received her education at Monterey, 
Nebraska. She married Emil J. Huhman on January 20, 1932 in Monterey, 
Nebraska. They farmed in Cumming County before they moved to Columbus in 1955. 
While in Columbus she cooked at various restaurants. She was a member of St. 
Bonaventure Church, Legion of Mary and Holy Hour. She was a 4-H Leader for 
many years and enjoyed quilting, gardening cooking and baking and keeping 
track of her family. 

Theresa is survived by:

Son: E. Louis Huhman of Columbus, NE 
Daughter: Veronica C. Kiuntke of Columbus, NE 
Daughter: Agnes (Cornelius) Kelly of Pinedale, WY 
Daughter: Catherine (Florian) Placzek of Omaha, NE 
Son: James (Mari) Huhman of Columbus, NE 
Sister: Ida Peatrowsky of Ft. Collins, CO 
28 Grandchildren and 30 Great Grandchildren

She was preceded in death by:

Husband: Emil J. Huhman 
Daughter-In-Law: Barbara Huhman 
Son-In-Law: Norman Kiuntke 
Infants sons: Leander and Francis 
Nine Sisters and Four Brothers
