Milan “Mike” Psota, 78, of Ravenna died Friday, Nov. 20, 2009 at Good Samaritan
Hospital in Kearney.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2009 at Our Lady of Lourdes
Church in Ravenna.  Rev. Martin Egging will officiate. 

Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery in Ravenna.  Wake Services will be at
7:00 p.m. Monday at the church. 

Survivors include his wife, Barbara, of Ravenna; sons Kirk (Janet) Psota of
Lexington, Kent (DeAnn) Psota of Kearney and Kevin (Brandy) Psota of Ravenna;
daughters, Karla (Terry) Stueben of Boelus and Karen (Greg) Gascoigne of
Callaway; 16 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Kristine K. Schneider on March 5, 2000
and a brother, Clarence Psota, on June 5, 2004.

Milan Psota was born June 8, 1931 in Sherman County to Rudolph and Albie
(Kostal) Psota.  He attended elementary school in Sherman County and graduated
from Ravenna High School.  He served in the U.S. Army from Aug. 26, 1952 to Aug.
12, 1954.  He married Barbara J. Vavra on Nov. 5, 1954 in Greeley, Colo. 

They made their home on a farm northwest of Ravenna.
