Heinrich Backemeyer was born September 12, 1874 and died December 24, 1879 of 
diphtheria. There is an inscription in German and the bible verse listed as
Mark 10, Verse 14. Heinrich's father was also a minister at the Salem 
Evangelical Lutheran Church to which the land for this cemetery had been 
donated by August and Amelia Zilmer.
