( B-105. ) James G. Hazelrigg, deceased, will, April 11, 1848, names no one, but says, "All my family." May, 1848. Oldham, [named him after only son of my wife]; rest to brother Dillard Hazelrigg, and if he is not living, then to his living heirs; to the children of Ann Wilson and Jemima Donohoo; to heirs of brother Alexander Hazelrigg, deceased, nothing, as brother William made them his principal legatees of some $18,000.00; my brother Dillard and nephew George Hazelrlgg, exors. Phillips, Nancy Ally, wife of Cyrus Ally; Martha Forman, wife of M. Forman; John W. Hazelrigg, Jr.; Genoa Hazelrigg; Eliza Hazelrigg, Wm. Hazelrigg; Emma Cole, alias Hazelrigg;" great deal of estate sold to nephew, John T. Hazelrigg; lot in New Liberty; Hazel Green. (F-392). (F-408). [His first wife was Elizabeth Green and his second wife Nancy Oldham]. CLARK COUNTY, KENTUCKY William Hazelrigg, Oct. 6, 1801; bond from Benj. and Marquis Combs; whereas said Wm. Hazelrigg settled on 250 acres of Benj. Berry's pre-emption. Hazelrigg bond on said Combs, July 29, 1795. (Deeds 4-360). William Hazelrigg buys land, Dec. 23, 1806. (7-119). William Hazelrigg heirs; "whereas a decree of Court of Chancery. Sept., 1808, wherein John Hazelrigg and Graham Hazelrigg were complainants, and the heirs and legal representatives of William Hazelrigg, deceased, were defendants - - - - decreed that 140 acres to be divided among the heirs and legal representatives of said Wm.
