             NOTICE
   Notice is hereby given that W. G. Boyer
has filed with the clerk, and to the council
of the City of York, his petition praying 
that a druggist's permit for the sale of
spirituous and malt liquors for medical,
mechanical, chemical and sacramental purposes
only, subject to the laws of the State of
Nebraska and the ordinances of the City of
York, be issued to the said W. G. Boyer, to
be used on Lot No. 4, Block No. 60, in the
City of York, Nebraska.
