             LAND OFFICE
      Lincoln, Neb., Sept. 12th, 1879.
   Notice is hereby given that the following 
named settler has filed notice of his intention
to make final proof in support of his claim
and secure final entry thereof at the expira
viz: on the 15th day of October, 1879, before
Lee Love, clerk of the district court in and
for York county, Neb., William Morrison for
the e1/2ne1/4 Sec 6, T9, N R 2 west and names
the following as his witnesses, viz: David
Sloan of York county, Neb., and John Norquist
of York county, Neb.
