             LAND OFFICE
      Lincoln, Neb., Sept. 15th, 1879.
   Notice is hereby given that the following 
named settler has filed notice of his intention
to make final proof in support of his claim
and secure final entry thereof at the expira
viz: on the 17th day of October, 1879, before
Lee Love, clerk of the district court in and
for York county, Neb., at his office in York, 
Neb.; Andrew J. Day,  for the ne1/4 of Sec 18,
T10, N R 2 west and names the following as his 
witnesses, viz: James P. Miller of York county,
Neb., and H. M. Detrick of York county, Neb.
