             PROBATE NOTICE
   In the matter of the estate of Sarah J.
Russell, deceased.
   Notice is hereby given that an instrument,
purporting to be the last will and testament
of Sarah J. Russell, deceased, late a resident
of York County, Nebraska, ad a petition praying
to have said will admitted to probate, and 
that letters of testamentary be issued to Wm. J.
Russell, as the executor mentioned in said will,
has been filed in my office, that I have by
proper order appointed the 22nd day of December,
1887, at 2 o'clock p.m. as the time, and in the
county court room, in the city of York, Nebraska,
as the place for proving said will and hearing
said application for letters testamentary. At 
which time can place all persons concerned may
appear and contest the probate of said will.
    Winess my hand and the seal of the 
       County Court of York County,
 [Seal] Nebraska, this 19th day of November, 1887.
