             LEGAL

            PROBATE NOTICE
In the County Court of York County, Nebraska
   In the matter of the estate of Thomas D.
Wirt, deceased. Notice is hereby given that
I have made an order in the matter of said
estate, appointing the 12th day of February
1888, at  10 o'clock, a.m., the 4th day of
May, 1888, at 10 o'clock a.m,, the 25th day
of October, 1888, at 10 'clock, a.m., as the
times, and the county court room, in the 
City of York, York County, Nebraska as the
place for the examination of claims against
said estate, and fixing the said 25th day 
of October, 1888, as the limit of the time
within which creditors of said estate can
present their claims.
   Given under my hand and the seal of said
court, this 16th day of November, A. D., 1887.
