For anyone interested, I have saved the original newspaper "The
Mountaineer, Gorham, NH dated Wed. Dec 25, 1912 and here are some items
found in this publication. 

Here's what I have found:

Obit: Miss Mary Flaherty, Promenade St. Gorham, NH,  died 23 Dec 1912
(Monday morning), b. Gorham, NH 9 Feb 1878, died age 34y, 10m, 14d; d/o
Thomas  and Margaret (Gavin) Flaherty.  She had 5 brothers, James F.,
Thomas, John J., William E. and Timothy; 3 sisters: Margaret,  Annie, and
Julia.  She was buried in the Flaherty family lot in the Catholic cemetery
on Church St, Gorham, NH.

Obit: In Burlington, VT, 20 Dec 1912, Horace P. Frost, of Berlin, age 62 yrs.

Obit: In Stewartstown, 10 Dec, infant child of D.A. Hutchinson and wife.

Obit: In Stewartstown, 13 Dec twin son and daughter, ages 17 days,  of
Arthur Frisette and wife.

Obit: In Rockland, ME, Mrs. Arvilla (Ingalls) Foster, age 94 yrs, d/o
Frederick and Bethel Ingalls.

Obit: In Berlin, 14 Dec 1912, Mrs Clara Robinson Hannagan, aged 23y, 10m, 9d.

Obit: In Berlin, 14 Dec 1912, infant daughter of Arthur Bilodeau and wife.

Obit: in Riverton, 16 Dec, 1912, Mrs. James Savage.

Obit: In Berlin, 20 Dec 1912, Friday,  at a Burlington, VT hospital, Horace
P. Frost, superintendent of Berlin Mills Company.

Obit: In Norway, ME, while skating across Lake Pennessewassee, Gerald
Thompson, 22 year died Sunday night.  S/o Walter Thompson.

Obit: In Brooklyn, NY, Will Carleton, poet, died Wednesday, 25 Dec 1912,
of acute bronchial pneumonia, age 68, buried in Greenwood Cemetery.  He was
b. 21 Oct 1845, in Hudson, Lenawee Co, NY.  His wife d. 9 Nov 1904 and was
b. 1847.  (This is a very long article.)

Births: In Gorham, 23 Dec 1912, Mrs. Frank I. Hale, a son, Norman Irvin.

In Whitefield, 20 Dec, 1912, Mrs. J.C. Stoughton, a daughter.

In Rumford, ME, 13 Dec 1912, Mrs. John McInnes of Berlin, a daughter.

In Colebrook, 13 Dec 1912, to Mrs. John Russell, a daughter.

In South Columbia, 3 Dec to Mrs. Frank Hanks, a son.

In Whitefield, 19 Dec, 1912, to Mrs. Forrest G. Brown, a son.

Marriages:

In Milan, 10 Dec 1912, Henry Cummings and Mrs. Lillian Sheldon.

In Guildhall, VT, no date in 1912, Lewis Morse and Lilla Munn.

In Lunenburg, VT, 18 Dec 1912, William H. Morrison and Rosella E. Thomas,
both of West Lunenburg.
