H., 1918, Page 20 REPORT OF HEALTH OFFICER I herewith submit my report as Health Officer for the year ending ]annary 31, 1918. We have had in the past year four cases of Meas- les and nineteen cases of Scarlet Fever, one being fatal. Samples of the water supply have been analy- zed by the State Chemist, who has reported "good," no traces of disease discovered and no sickness has occurred that could be attributed to the water. Many requests for abatement of nuisances have been made and have received attention, when found unsatisfactory the responsible parties have in the most part kindly complied with the recommendation in Page 21 regard to them. A little more attention shonld be paid to the public dump, all rubbish should be de- posited in that dump, thus avoiding unsightly places by the roadside.
