Submitted by: rickman@worldpath.net Date: September 30, 2000 **************************************************************************** Be it remembered that I, Samuel Andrew, of Orange, in the county of Grafton and State of New Hampshire, being weak in body, but of sound and perfect memory, do make and publish this, my last will and testament in manner and form following. That is to say: 1st: First, I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Nancy J. Stevens, married women, one dollar to be paid within one year after me and my Wife's decease. 2d: I also give and bequeath to my son Benjamin F. Andrew, all of my homested farm on which I now live. Situated in said Town of Orange; after payment of all my just debts, to have and to hold the same to him, the said Benjamin F. Andrew, his heirs and assignes forever. After me and my Wife's decease. 3d: I further give and bequeath unto my son Benjamin F. Andrew all of my personal property of every description, household furniture, beds and bedding, &c. And I do hereby appoint my son Benjamin F. Andrew my sole executor of this, my last will and testament. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty eighth of April, A. D., 1868.
