GEORGE W. LANE, a native of Chichester, died in that town February 4,
1906, in his sixty-eighth year. He was a farmer and civil engineer,
active in business affairs, represented the town in the legislature,
and held local offices. He is survived by the widow, one son, Ira L.,
and five daughters.
