BLACKWATER RIVER - The most north branch called North brook rises in Danbury, 
another branch rises in Wilmot, and a third proceeds from Pleasant pond in New London.  
the streams unite in Andover and flowing through Salisbury and Boscawen fall into 
Contoocook river near the N. angle of Hopkinton.
