Part Two of Gazetteer:

SMITH’S RIVER - rises in Orange and Grafton, near Isinglass mountain, and after an 
easterly course of 16 miles through Danbury and Alexandria falls into the Pemigewasset 
river in the upper part of New Chester.  Its mouth is 20 yards wide.
