Paine Wingate, of Stratham, N. H. He was of the first Congress, held in New York, under Gen. Washington's administration. Is the oldest living on the Harvard College catalogue, having graduated in 1758---75 years. He married a sister of Col. Pickering, whom he buried a few years since. He still superintends his farm, at the age of about 95 years; is an old school gentleman, and wears his revolutionary hat and ruffles.
