Flanders took place from the home, 285 Mast St, Tuesday afternoon at 2 O'Clock. The officiating clergyman was the Rev. Elmer E. Reynolds and beautiful singing was rendered by Mrs A. L. Franks. The bearers were John C. Toombs, James Flanders, George Littlefield, Charles A. Newall. A profusion of beautiful flowers were received as follows: pillow "wife" from husband; sweet peas from Mr and Mrs C. A. Newell; pink pinks from Mrs. L. M. Leroy Hammond; purple stocks from Anna S. Lamprey, Clinton Leighton; roses from Mr and Mrs E. C. Buffington; white pinks from Mrs J. C. Smith; roses from Mr and Mrs William McElroy, Mr and Mrs Almon Dennison, Mrs F. C. Walker, David C. Lamprey, Bourne MA; White pinks from Mr and Mrs G. F. Littlefield, Mrs Lissie Burnham, Mr and Mrs Maynard and family; purple stock from James N. Flanders; mixed pinks from Mr and Mrs John C. Toombs, Mr and Mrs Fred T. Richardson. The funeral director was Elmer D. Goodwin and interment was in the Piscataquog Cemetery, with Elmer D.
