The body was escorted to St Patrick's church , where, at 9 O'Clock, a high mass of requiem was celebrated by the pastor the Rev. John J. Bradley, assisted by the Rev Fr William H. Sweeney of the Holy Rosary church as deacon and the Rev Fr Walter Dee as subdeacon. Music for the mass was by the regular choir of the church assisted by Mrs Donovan as soloist, who sung the hymn "Face to Face." The bearers were Daniel F. Connor, Edward Donnelly, Thomas Egan, Lawrence Bradley, Peter Tangney and Edward Doherty. John F. Connor was funeral director. At St Joseph's cemetery interment was made in the family lot. The Rev Fr Bradley said the committal prayers. The arrangements were in charge of Kean, Sheehan and Sullivan undertakers. The flowers were conveyed to the cemetery and strewn on the grave. They were Galax wreath and purple ribbon from Gertrude; Galax wreath and roses from a friend; Carnations and bridal roses from Beede M. Ryan; Killarney roses flat bouquet from Mr and Mrs S. J. Flanders; daybreak pinks from Miss Eliz. Walsh; jacquaminot roses from Miss Agnes Boland; mound of galax roses and sweet peas from May and Annabel Wyman; sweet peas from Miss Maria L. Morrissau; white pinks and ferns from Mr and Mrs A. C and Miss Grace Dean; cut piece of Easter Lilies , carnations and fern from superintendent office employees and foreman of H. B. Reed Co; Killarney roses and ferns from friends in J. W. Hill Co. store; White carnations from Willie Connor; sweet peas and ferns from Mr and Mrs H. W. Flack; Lavender, sweet peas from Mr and Mrs E. L. Hynes; lavender and white stock from Miss Tarbel; daybreak carnations from Gladys and Lee; orchids from Mrs. C. O. Dozois (?sp?) and Mrs M. F. Lawler; bouquet of mixed flowers from Mrs C. Truland. Offering of prayers being given by Mrs Lawrence Bradley, Winnifred Connor, Gertrude Pennant, Mrs Ellen Farrell, Mrs Jennie Tobin, Mrs Ellen Connor and family, and Mr and Mrs Charles F.
