Marshall EXETER - Helen Elizabeth Loch Marshall, 86, of 14 Garfield St., died Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2000, in Exeter Hospital after a sudden illness. She was born Sept. 16, 1914, in New Bedford, Mass., the daughter of the late Toefil and Antonina (Wodziak) Loch and had been a lifelong resident of Exeter, living at Marshall Farms before moving to Garfield Street. She was a summer resident of Bow Lake, Strafford, for 43 years. She attended Robinson Female Seminary. Mrs. Marshall was a well known cook and worked at the PEA Grill. She was a communicant of St. Michael Church and was a former member and past president of the Polish Ladies Society of the church. She was a volunteer at the Exeter Playground and drove special needs children. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Arthur Marshall of Exeter; two sons, A. Thomas Marshall Jr. of Northwood and John W. Marshall of Erroll; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two brothers, Anthony Loch of Portsmouth and Joseph Loch of Exeter; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one son, Joseph J. Marshall, who died in 1953. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10 a.m. in St. Michael Church, Exeter. Burial will follow in Exeter Cemetery.
